Most of the core LTO programs and services are available at Velino Street—including motor vehicle registration, renewal, licenses, and permits—for people who work behind the wheel to have a convenient, more affordable, and easier experience with the LTO.
As the lone LTO office located in Calbayog City, the LTO Calbayog District Office (DO) engages the public through their localized programs, activities, and campaigns and provides fast and efficient public service.
