Most of the core LTO programs and services are available at Velino Street—including motor vehicle registration, renewal, licenses, and permits—for people who work behind the wheel to have a convenient, more affordable, and easier experience with the LTO.

What is the location of Calbayog City?

In the province of Samar, Calbayog is a first class coastal component city known as the City of Calbayog. According to land and water areas, it is the sixth largest city in the Philippines and is a major commercial trade center.
