Dipolog City’s Land Transportation Office (LTO) consists of two (2) offices: the District Office (DO) and the Licensing Center (LC).To increase LTO visibility and access to its services in the area, these offices were established as part of the agency’s mandate.

Located in Zamboanga del Norte province, Dipolog is officially known as the City of Dipolog.
