Dipolog City’s Land Transportation Office (LTO) consists of two (2) offices: the District Office (DO) and the Licensing Center (LC).To increase LTO visibility and access to its services in the area, these offices were established as part of the agency’s mandate.

The LTO offices in Dipolog City also contribute to keeping the roads safer for both drivers and pedestrians by reducing vehicular accidents through strict regulation of drivers and vehicles. The LTO Dipolog offices also bring LTO services and programs closer to the 138,000 residents of the city.

What is LTO Dipolog?

There is an LTO branch located in Dipolog City in Zamboanga del Norte called LTO Dipolog. As with other LTO offices in the Philippines, the Dipolog City LTO office was established to bring core LTO services and programs closer to the people of the city. They include inspections and registrations of motor vehicles, license and permit issuance, collection of fees, fines, and penalties, traffic adjudication, and enforcement of land transportation laws and regulations.

LTO Dipolog District Office

In the local area, the LTO Dipolog District Office is the agency’s main project implementation agency. The office was opened to manage local operations and to implement LTO policies and services. Located in Zamboanga del Norte province, Dipolog is officially known as the City of Dipolog.
