LTO Cabuyao (Laguna) Office – Contact Information and Location. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Cabuyao City is composed of two offices: the LTO Cabuyao Licensing Center (LC) and the LTO Cabuyao District Office (DO). LTO offices were opened to serve the city and all people within its geographical area of responsibility (GAOR) better and to expand the scope of the agency’s operations.
As a result of these LTO offices, the agency is also more accessible to the people who require their services and more convenient for them.LTO Cabuyao Offices are also designed to make the LTO more effective in regulating and managing the drivers and vehicles so that the public can feel safe on the road.
“The Enterprise City of the Philippines,” Cabuyao is home to numerous businesses that provide opportunities to the locals. A large number of immigrants live within the territory of this local government unit (LGU), too, making it one of the richest LGUs in the country. In light of this, it became imperative that the LTO operate more effectively and keep the roads safe by providing better driver education, licensing, registration, and regulation without the need for people to spend time, effort, and money on keeping up with the LTO’s rules and regulations.
A LTO Cabuyao office is one of two LTO offices located in Bian City, Laguna, namely the Cabuyao Licensing Center (LC) and the Cabuyao District Office (DO). In the same manner as all other LTO offices, the LTO Cabuyao office exists to bridge the gap between the agency’s programs and the people, including motorists, drivers, car owners, and operators in Cabuyao City. As a physical representation of the agency’s desire to fulfill its mandate and serve the people, the LTO offices in the city were an opportunity for them to offer their core programs and services in a more convenient manner, particularly to those who primarily drive. The process is also made more affordable, especially for those who cannot afford to travel to another location for their LTO-related needs.
LTO Cabuyao Licensing Center (LC)
A one-stop printing shop for LTO licensing needs has been established by the LTO Cabuyao Licensing Center (LC) to ensure convenience and ease of transaction for LTO licensees. Cabuyao Licensing Center is located in Areza Town Center, near the mall and other traffic-generating establishments in the city. It is a great way for LTO to reach the people they intend to serve, and it also offers faster and better licensing services.
LTO Cabuyao District Office (DO)
Even though its name implies otherwise, the LTO Cabuyao District Office (DO) is also located in Areza Town Center, in Brgy. There are several large industrial estates and export processing zones in Canlalay, a first-class component city of Laguna province that is one of the richest cities in the country.
Having this LTO office was a result of the agency’s desire to better serve Cabuyao’s growing population and its increasing number of motor vehicles. As a result, the LTO Cabuyao District Office is operated in a way that maximizes the effectiveness of its core programs and services, such as obtaining licenses and permits, registering and renewing motor vehicles (MVs) and motorcycles, as well as revising records for citizens of Cabuyao.

In terms of geography, Cabuyao is located 42 kilometers southeast of Metro Manila. Location on Google Maps
The South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) provides easy access to Cabuyao by land. The Cabuyao Exit is directly within the city, while the Eton City (Malitlit) Exit is near the city’s boundary with Santa Rosa. It is also accessible through Silangan Exit in Calamba, which provides access to Carmelray Industrial and Nuvali Circle. Additionally, a four-lane national highway crosses the city from Alabang, Muntinlupa to Calamba, Laguna. Additionally, the Canlubang golf road serves as a shortcut for people going from Nuvali and Silangan Exit to the People’s Park and Tagaytay.
The city, like most urban areas in the country, is well-served by public transportation. In addition to jeepneys and tricycles, there are two railway stations: Cabuyao and Mamatid. We suggest checking these maps if you are driving to Cabuyao or any of the LTO Cabuyao offices.
