What is LTO Legazpi?

There are three LTO offices in Legazpi City, Albay: the LTO Regional Office – Operations Division, LTO Regional Office – New Registration Unit (NRU), and LTO Legazpi District Office (DO). They are the local operating agents of the LTO’s central office in Legazpi City. They are designed to demonstrate the agency’s efforts and to connect the LTO programs with the transacting public in the city and its surrounding areas, such as drivers, car owners, and operators.

What is the location of Legazpi City?

City of Legazpi, officially known as Legazpi, is the capital of Albay province and a first class component city. A farming and fishing village, it became the largest and most populous competitive component city in the region after becoming a competitive component city. The city serves as a regional center for tourism, education, health services, commerce, and transportation.

Legazpi is geographically divided into two districts, the Legazpi Port District and the Old Albay District.
