To provide the public with 24/7 access to LTO services, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has adopted the Internet age and created the Land Transport Management System (LTMS) Portal online, a one-stop online shop that integrates all LTO services into a single contactless database system and digital platform. The LTO was rolled out nationwide in 2020 and has since become an essential part of every transaction.
Our LTMS portal online was designed to work on all types of devices, so it works on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. In addition, it was developed for users to be able to view and access all of LTO’s motoring regulatory services and processes, regardless of the type of device they were using.
