Where is Roxas City
City of Roxas, officially known as Roxas, is a third-class component city and the capital of Capiz province. Formerly known as the Municipality of Capiz (from which the province takes its name), the city became a chartered city and was renamed Roxas City after its native, former President Manuel Acuña Roxas. As the “Seafood Capital of the Philippines,” Roxas City is well known.
