The Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental is composed of one office: the LTO Sipalay District Office (DO). Sipalay City is served by this branch office in the same way as other LTO offices: by extending LTO operations so they are more accessible, more efficient, more affordable, and more convenient for residents of Sipalay City and neighboring areas within LTO’s geographical area of responsibility (GAOR).

Originally a mining town, Sipalay is now a popular tourist destination, widely referred to as the uncommercialized New Boracay of Negros. Its attractions, such as Sugar Beach, Punta Ballo Beach, Campomanes Bay, Anajauan (Turtle) Island, and M/V Guimaras (Julien’s Wreck), make Sipalay a popular tourist destination despite its forests and mountains. These attractions make Sipalay an ideal location for businesses and government offices like the LTO.
